Praying for wisdom, understanding and favor with convincing my elderly parents to move out to stay with us in Flagstaff. Their property in CA would require great expense to take care of. They need to be convinced to sell and to at least relocate to a manageable sized place in a good neighborhood and/or buy a place here in Flagstaff.
